Submit this completed form plus your site plan and material samples to your HOA's ACC/ARC before beginning any fence project
Instructions: Complete all sections. Attach: (1) a site plan or property plat showing the proposed fence location with setback measurements, (2) a photo or cut sheet of the proposed fence material/style, and (3) a color sample if required by your CC&Rs. Submit by certified mail or through your HOA portal — keep a copy and proof of submission date. Track the CC&Rs' review deadline.
